The numbers, and how we got them.

Four different businesses with four different problems — an expensive lead, an offer nobody had priced right, a frightened market, and a channel that had quietly capped out. Every figure below comes straight from the ad account, with the reporting window stated and the assumptions shown.

OLYMP Fight Club

They were paying $120+ a lead advertising to parents who had already decided their kid should do martial arts — the smallest and most contested group in the market. We went after the 95% who had never considered it.

Athinas Cake Studio

A $2,500 program teaching mothers how to start their own cake business. Not a bakery selling cakes — a high-ticket education brand with a clean margin. We sold the transformation, not the cake.

Your Authorized Rep

A market where policy change had made people afraid to come forward. We turned every objection she heard across her desk into the content that answered it beforehand — before they ever felt the fear that kept them from calling.

Crescendo School of Music

Thirty years of genuine reputation, trapped entirely inside word-of-mouth. Nothing was broken — there was simply no way for a stranger to find them. So we built one, on social, in search, and in the AI answer.

On the numbers

Why we publish the floor.

Most of these accounts produce return multiples high enough that printing them would cost us more credibility than they'd buy. A $19 lead that becomes a $3,000 customer is genuinely worth a lot — it just doesn't read as true on a website.

So we show the inputs instead: what was spent, what came back, what a customer is worth, and which campaigns we're not counting because we can't measure them properly. Where we quote pipeline rather than collected revenue, we say so.

A number you work out yourself is a number you believe. That's the whole reasoning.

Next step

Your numbers, on a call.

Thirty minutes. We'll go through what you're running now, show you where it's leaking, and tell you what we'd build first — whether or not you hire us.

No pitch deck. No pressure. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so.
